I am a Masters-level Counselor and Coach specializing in mindfulness, meditation, neurodivergence, Autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges. I offer help with IEPs, 504 plans, and social, emotional, and relationship skills training. I am passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, representation, LGBTQIA advocacy, and gender-affirming care.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey (USA), and I am working with an PsyD supervisor to accrue the 4,500 supervised hours required to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey (USA) as well as an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
I have 20 years of experience working as a teacher, tutor, counselor, and coach, helping individuals of all ages struggling with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses, and helping families struggling with emotional, social, behavioral, and relationship challenges. Sessions with me will facilitate increased self-awareness, interpersonal understanding, and healthier relationships.
